I have 8 years experience on management positions for an international retail companies. I organized more than 20 new store opening. This process a bit close to the IT project. There is an analysis stage, which include collecting and analyzing data for choosing the best location for the new store. Then a planning stage, where all scope of work breaks into tasks and assigns by responsible persons. Next stage is executing, then controlling all processes, which should be finish on time and store opening. This process are full of risks or force majors, which should be managed. Also I worked with the team. These are includes communications, setting and checking goals, delegation, motivation, controlling, etc. Most time I used assertive feedback, mentoring and coaching.
