Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain BI dashboards using SQL;
- Perform quality checks of dashboard data from SQL database and - --- Excel files;
- Update dashboards based on customer feedback and business needs;
- Monitor and maintain flow and integrity of data being ingested from customers through database connections, APIs, file ingestions, etc;
- Onboard and set up new customer configurations to match customer requirements;
- Collaborate with the product team on testing new features and suggesting enhancements;
- Educate customers and the internal business team on new product features.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in SQL and Excel;
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools;
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills;
- English: advanced;
- Advanced technical degree is a plus.
