Required skills: — 1+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in software development; — Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results; — Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile); — Experience in working with UpWork (preferably), LinkedIn, email campaigns; — Experience in working with outstaff (preferably) and outsource; — Fluent in English (both speaking and writing); — Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking; — Good with multitasking and time-management; — Excellent communication and negotiations skills; Responsibilities: — Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate pre-sales process; — Have authority to close the deals and sign contracts with prospective clients; — Search and grow prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them; — Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships; — Communication with the development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal; — Follow established process and maintain all data in the CRM/ERP; We offer: — Great team and excellent environment, that will help you to improve your soft and hard skills; — Work on complex and interesting projects with awesome clients; — 5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule; — Annual Paid vacation — 15 b/days + unpaid vacation; — Paid public holidays according to the Ukrainian legislation; — Bookkeeping and accounting will be maintained by the professional accountant; — Partial compensation of conferences, courses; — Internal English Speaking club.
